What are the next steps in the application process?

• Once you apply to one of our vacancies, you will automatically receive an acknowledgement of receipt.

• If your skills and experience are the right fit for the position, our recruiting team will arrange a telephone interview.

• During this call you will receive detailed information about the department and job position. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to learn more about MAHLE. Above all, you can tell us your expectations for your future job.

• If a successful phone conversation occurs, a face-to-face interview will then be scheduled.

• If selected for the position, you will then receive a formal job offer from MAHLE.

• Depending upon your career level, there might be additional selection processes.

What can I expect to happen during the job interview?

At MAHLE, you will not be subjected to a standardized process. Instead, you will go through an individual selection procedure. We base our hiring decision strictly on your documents and, of course, the personal job interview.

Which browser do I need to access the MAHLE Recruitment Portal?

The supported standard browsers for accessing the MAHLE Recruitment Portal are Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox.

I’ve registered on the MAHLE recruitment portal but haven’t received confirmation of my registration. What could be the reason for that?

Please check to see if the confirmation e-mail has been sent to your spam folder. It’s also possible that you’ve accidentally misspelled your e-mail address. If this is the case, please log on to the MAHLE recruitment portal and correct your details. If you still need help, please contact our technical support team at recruiting.support@mahle.com

When I tried to register on the MAHLE recruitment portal, I received the message “Username/e-mail address already in use.” What should I do?

You’ve probably already registered with the MAHLE recruitment portal. Please check this first of all. If this is not the case and your username has already been assigned, please choose a different name. For convenience, we suggest that you use your e-mail address as your username.

I’ve forgotten my password. What can I do?

Access the log-in screen under “View profile” on our job search site. Click on “Forgot your password?” to reset your password.
