Here’s how the application process works at MAHLE
The best and fastest way for you to apply for a job in México is Online using the MAHLE recruiting portal.
There are different ways to apply for jobs advertised at our international locations. Just select the respective country on the world map and learn more about it.
Your Online Application
The “Apply Now” button on each job posting takes you directly to the MAHLE Recruiting-Portal. The first time you apply online at MAHLE, you need to complete your registration. When you next visit the MAHLE Recruiting-Portal, you can log in using your e-mail address and the password you created. To follow your application status, you can log in to your recruiting portal at any time.

Documents for your application
Your complete resume is the most important document for us to start the application process. If you have additional documents, such as a cover letter or certificates, that would be great.
So we need the following for your application:
- Complete resume.
Further, depending upon the job, various documents which can also be requested:
- Work certificates
- Proof of last degree of education
Please note that your files should be in one of the following formats: DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, PDF, PPT, PPTX.

• Once we have received your application, you will automatically receive an acknowledgement of receipt.
• If your skills and experience are the right fit for the position, our recruiting team will arrange a telephone interview.
• During this call you will receive detailed information about the department and job position. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to learn more about MAHLE. Above all, you can tell us your expectations for your future job.
• If a successful phone conversation occurs, a face-to-face interview will then be scheduled.
• If selected for the position, you will then receive a formal job offer from MAHLE.

- Our application wizard guides you quickly and easily through the application process. It takes about five to ten minutes to complete and covers the following areas:

- Are you interested in more than one job vacancy? No problem! Since you are already registered in the MAHLE Recruiting-Portal, all you need to do is update your details after clicking on the “Apply Now” button on the next job vacancy.
Our onboarding process – Welcome to the MAHLE team!
It is important to us that our colleagues feel comfortable right from the first day, and are able to quickly get their bearings in their new jobs. We provide the following services to help you to get to know your new employer:
- A Welcome Day providing insights into our company and answers to your questions
- An introduction to the MAHLE product portfolio
- A get-together with your colleagues and interfaces
- Sight tours
In addition, each location offers individual induction programs to help you find your way around your department in the first few weeks. These include a buddy program, a structured induction plan, and regular discussions with your manager and your contact in HR.

If it's not possible for you to submit your application to us online, you can send us your application by email. The address for the responsible contact can be found in each job description.
