Application process

The next stage of your application

  • Have you submitted your application? We will confirm receipt by e-mail.
  • Our recruiting team will review your documents and send them to the relevant department.
  • If the feedback is positive, we will call you. Generally, you will hear from us within one to two weeks of receiving your application. You can ask any preliminary questions during the call with your contact person from our recruiting team.
  • We then look forward to finding out more about you in a one-to-one meeting, where you will receive detailed information about the relevant department and the open position. You will also have the opportunity to get to know your potential new employer. Most importantly, you can tell us what you expect from your future job.
  • If both you and we are convinced that we should work together, then there is nothing standing in the way of signing the contract.

The entire application and selection process usually takes around eight weeks.

Depending on your career level, there might be extra processes such as an assessment center for graduates applying for the International Graduate Program. This information, as well as notes on any application deadlines, can be found on the pages for each entry level.
