The origins of the company date back to 1877 and from June 1999, MAHLE Polska Sp. z o.o. belongs to MAHLE Group. In the plant following products are manufactured: cylinder liners for trucks and passenger cars, large-size bushes, piston cylinder sets (repair kits), valve guides, piston inserts, pistons and valves.

Another large investment is also being carried out at the company's premises regarding the Filter Plant, which focuses on the production of filter modules - components used as components of the rapidly growing hybrid and electric car market, but also as components in traditional cars with combustion engines.

Our products are delivered to the largest car manufacturers directly to production lines.

MAHLE in Ostrów Wielkopolski has been part of the MAHLE Group since 2015. It’s specialization covers advanced cooling modules and components both for combustion engines, hybrid and purely electric cars. We deliver directly to assembly lines of main producers worldwide.

On top of production we have nearly 400 employees working within Research and Development Centre and cover whole manufacturing process beginning from design, through prototyping and testing, to final product. Beginning from 2017 we also support European MAHLE facilities in area of logistics.

Why Ostrów Wielkopolski?

It is a dynamically developing city (over 70,000 inhabitants) with a rich, multicultural history, focused on increasing the comfort of life of its residents. The new MAHLE Aftermarket logistics center in Psary near Wrocław offers products of our seven brands: MAHLE Original, Knecht, Behr, Metal Leve, Izumi, Clevite, and BRAIN BEE. In addition, MAHLE Aftermarket provides complete packages of vehicle repair and maintenance solutions.

Why Psary?

Psary is a small village near Wrocław, with very good transport connection. Residents enjoy the greenery in the park or on bicycle trips along the area of the Stara Widawa River. Also an academic station of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences is located there.

MAHLE Shared Services in Wrocław launched in 2017. It’s main goal is to support global structures of MAHLE group in the area of Finance and IT processes. The Finance Department implements accounting processes in the area of fixed assets, receivables, liabilities, settlements with employees and settlements between Intercompany units for companies in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, Germany and Poland. The IT department, on the other hand, implements operational support of IT processes in the field of business applications (mainly SAP ERP system), IT infrastructure, end-user computing. In addition, the IT Department provides Service Desk for companies in Germany, Austria, Poland and Great Britain.
